FIELD: packaging.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to polymer film (P), a method for its manufacturing, as well as the use as packaging film. Polymer film contains at least one copolyimide. The specified copolyimide is obtained by polymerization of from 15 to 84 wt.% of at least one lactam and from 16 to 85 wt.% of a monomer mixture (M). The monomer mixture (M) consists of from 45 to 55 mol.% of at least one dimeric acid with 32-40 carbon atoms and from 45 to 55 mol.% of at least one aliphatic diamine with 4-12 carbon atoms.

EFFECT: resulting polymer film has a high tensile strength both in the direction of extrusion and perpendicular to it, as well as high transparency, impact strength at low temperature, in addition, it has a reduced elastic modulus and high resistance to piercing in the dry state.
