To fill, the magazine can be partially extended from the sleeve (2) in the longitudinal direction (4) of the magazine against the force of the spring (5) and at its upper end, a lid (6) is fixed with the possibility of rotation adjustment, which can be rotated against the action of the spring (7) from the resting position to the issuing position and which carries a decorative head (8). To ensure the reliable fabrication of the lid and the decorative head, the lid (6) contains a transverse guide (9), on which a decorative head made of at least two shells (8) is mounted transversely to the longitudinal direction (4) of the magazine, and both shells of the decorative head are fastened under the lid and at the same time engage in the transverse guide being connected to each other.
