FIELD: electroplating technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electroplating and can be used for deposition of corrosion-resistant coatings based on a chrome matrix to protect against corrosion and wear of parts operating in aggressive corrosive environments containing chlorides and under abrasion loads. The electrolyte contains, g/l: CrCl3 266-399; Cr2(SO4)3 125-188; Na2MoO4 9.7-12.0; NaH2PO2 8.8-13.2; B4C 1-5. The electrolyte is prepared on the basis of a mixture of dimethylformamide: water in a ratio of 1:1 by volume.
EFFECT: coatings have high corrosion resistance in chloride-containing media, the corrosion rate of the coating is 0.07-0.1 g/m2.h, the microhardness of the coating is 17-21 GPa.
