FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: chromium plating electrolyte contains chromium sulphate or chromic potassium alum, sodium oxalate, sodium sulphate, sodium fluoride, aluminium sulphate, nanoparticles of zirconium oxide and a compound of molybdenum and vanadium, with the following ratio of components, g/l: Cr2(SO4)3·6H2O or KCr(SO4)2 50-350, Na2C2O4 20-30, Na2SO4 60-70, NaF 25-30, Al2(SO4)3·18H2O 90-110, nanoparticles of ZrO2 1-20, sodium or potassium molybdate 3.0-40, sodium or potassium vanadate 0.5-20.
EFFECT: obtaining wear-resistant coatings with high protection capacity and continuity, good process parameters, low cost of the coating and wide field of using trivalent chromium plating in machine-building.
