SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. In the lumen, a vein is formed by a subadventical tunnel with a length of 3 to 5 mm, depending on the diameter of the vein. For this, the adventitia is dissected with microscissors, after which a bulbous microbug is introduced under it, detachment is performed and a tunnel is formed. Then the lymphatic vessel is crossed, the distal end of which is grasped by the tip with an inverse hook with a needle end and inserted into the tunnel. At the same time, at the end of the tunnel, the vein wall is pierced with a needle. The end of the lymphatic vessel is inserted into the lumen of the vein at a distance of 1-2 mm and with the help of microtweezers through the wall of the vein the end of the lymphatic vessel inserted into the lumen of the vein is held and the reverse hook with the needle end is removed, and the lymphatic vessel remains in the vein.

EFFECT: method allows not to use suture material between the lymphatic vessel and the venous wall, to create an additional valve mechanism, to reduce the risk of blood reflux in the lymphatic vessel, to reduce trauma when creating a functioning sutureless lymphovenous anastomosis.
