SUBSTANCE: automated press roller of the seeder section contains a rack (1) with a disc (2) made in the form of a truncated cone, and a scraper (3), a rack (5) with a coulter (6). The stands (1 and 5) of the roller (2) and the opener (6) are connected by an electric cylinder (4). The automated press roller of the seeder section contains an executive module and a remote control panel. The executive module is installed on the frame of the seeder section and is equipped with a strain gauge connected to a strain amplifier that transmits a signal to an analog-to-digital converter built into a microcontroller connected to an interface converter with bidirectional communication of serial interfaces. The microcontroller is connected to a crystal oscillator and by means of pulse-width modulation with a bridge driver and an electric cylinder (4). The remote control panel is equipped with an interface converter with bidirectional communication of serial interfaces, a numeric keypad, a graphic display and a microcontroller connected to a crystal oscillator. The executive module is connected to the remote control panel by means of bi-directional communication of their interface converters.

EFFECT: quality of sowing seeds is improved by forming an optimal compaction of the bed at a seeding depth of 3-5 cm within the permissible density of 1.3-1.4 g/cm3 due to the control and automated adjustment of the force of its pressure on the soil.
