FIELD: laser technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optoelectronic devices for guidance and aiming, in particular to small-sized laser light sources, and can be used, for example, as an alignment radiation source in systems with automatic alignment. The laser module contains a housing, a collimated laser radiation source with elements of its fixation in the housing, adjustment elements, power and control elements made built-in and/or external with an outgoing harness. The front part of the module housing contains a fixed base, which is connected by an elastic element to a movable base, which in turn is connected by a similar elastic element, but located in a different plane, to the middle part of the housing, in which the source of collimated laser radiation is located. The module contains at least two adjusting screws, one of which is mounted in the middle part of the housing and rests on a movable base, and the second is mounted on a movable base and rests on a fixed base. When the alignment screws rotate, the angular position of the axis of the radiation source changes due to the deformation of elastic elements. The module contains elements of the angular orientation of the laser radiation source relative to its axis. In the case of using external power and control elements with an outgoing harness, the module is additionally equipped with elements for fixing it in the form of at least one compression element and an elastic clamp formed on the housing by making at least one slot. Also on the housing, there is a slot connecting its inner cavity with the outer contour, the width of which is greater than the minimum size of the outgoing bundle in cross section. In addition, a laser diode with a built-in photodiode and a collimating lens can be used as a source of collimated laser radiation, and the housing can be made of a copper alloy.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, as well as improvement in operational characteristics by simplifying the adjustment process, increasing the accuracy of alignment, improving the heat sink, increasing the mechanical protection of the sealing points of the outgoing wires, determining the angular position of the source relative to its axis in the housing, simplifying electrical installation, mounting, replacement of the laser radiation source and increasing vibration resistance.
