FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: laser module contains a lens in the focal plane of which the laser diode is located, which has an output window facing towards the lens and the heat sink system. The lens is installed with a possibility of rotation around and movements along an optical axis. The laser diode is installed with a possibility of moving in the plane, perpendicular to an optical axis, in mutually perpendicular directions, and the heat sink system comprising the temperature sensor, the thermionic converter, the radiator and the fan, is added with the dried nitrogen, filling the internal volume of the laser module.

EFFECT: possibility of lens focusing and exact adjustment of the laser diode unit in the directions along an axis and perpendicular to the lens optical axis along the axes X and Y, ensuring the work in the pre-set range of ambient temperature, improvement of reliability, decrease of power consumption.
