FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: drilling rig is presented. The drilling rig contains a crawler, a load-bearing frame on which power equipment is installed, a driver’s cab and a mast with working equipment, including a drilling head, a drilling stand, a positioning device, a carousel-type device for changing and storing drilling rods and auxiliary equipment. The positioning device contains a cylindrical axis fixed to the mast with the possibility of rotation, a power drive in the form of upper and lower hydraulic cylinders. A carousel-type device with a rotation mechanism in the form of an open gear is a shaft, at the upper end of which a cassette with slots for drilling rods and an upper bearing unit are installed, at the lower end there is a hub with a gear ring, cups for drilling rods and a lower bearing unit with a pointer. The carousel-type device is combined with the positioning device by bearing units. The cylindrical axis of the positioning device is made of a single piece, coupled to the mast by upper, middle and lower sliding bearings. The upper and middle plain bearings are rigidly fixed on the brackets, and the lower plain bearing is rigidly mounted on the mast and consists of two parts, the lower of which is a housing with a lid with two coaxial bushings placed in it. The inner sleeve is made of anti-friction material, the upper support of the lower bearing contains a housing, a cover, an anti-friction liner in the form of two half-rings and a built-in element placed between the half-rings of the anti-friction liner, the cover and the housing. The middle sliding bearing contains a housing, a cover fixed on the housing, an anti-friction liner in the form of two half-rings and a built-in element placed between the half-rings of the anti-friction liner, the cover and the housing. The upper sliding bearing consists of a housing, a sleeve made of anti-friction material, covers: a side one with a hole in which the embedded element is placed, and an end one. The bearing units are made in the form of housings with upper and lower covers, inside which rolling bearings are installed, and in the lower bearing unit the bearing is fixed with covers and spacer rings, and on the shaft with a spring ring. In the upper bearing assembly, the bearing on the shaft is fixed by a spring ring. Holes are made in the hub, in which cups with hexagonal recesses are installed, a toothed crown is rigidly mounted along its perimeter. The hub and the toothed crown are provided with a groove in the form of an arc-shaped segment with a radius of curvature commensurate with the diameter of the rods. The pointer is a disk with protrusions corresponding to the holes on the hub, and is installed under the lower bearing assembly.
EFFECT: creation of a sophisticated device for changing drilling rods in production and installation, reliable in operation with minimal maintenance, through the updating of bearing assemblies and supports.
