FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to machine cab suspensions experiencing vibration in vertical and horizontal planes, as well as angular oscillations, for example, of drilling machines cabin. Vibration isolation, elimination of rigid connection between the vibration excitation source and the protected object is realized by the drilling machine cabin suspension in the form of vibration supports including the cylindrical springs and the dampers installed on the drilling machine frame, note here that said suspension consists of two pairs of vibration supports and two pairs of dampers arranged symmetrically relative to cabin center of gravity at corners of one of cabin bottom ribs and angles of diagonally opposite top rib. Cylindrical springs of vibration supports are installed on rods with support flanges, which are rigidly fixed to frame, elastomer buffers are installed between springs and rods. Dampers are fixed inclined to vertical, longitudinal and transverse axes of cabin, wherein projections of dampers on horizontal plane are symmetrical relative to center of gravity of cabin. Between support flanges of rods, on which springs of vibration supports are installed, and frame there are adjusting gaskets on elastic substrates.
EFFECT: elimination of cabin vibration at different frequency and amplitude oscillations relative to vertical, longitudinal and transverse axes of cabin by arrangement of vibration supports and dampers symmetrically relative to center of gravity, as well as independent selection of stiffness of vibration springs and parameters of suspension dampers.
