FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for blasting operations, in particular to devices for testing the safety and performance of an electric explosive circuit, which includes an explosive device, conductors and an electric detonator. The safety of the explosive circuit is checked by the absence of stray currents in it, and the operability is checked by the formation in the explosive circuit of a current pulse from an explosive device, the amplitude and duration of which ensures the guaranteed operation of an electric detonator or other electrical means of initiation. The device contains a load resistor connected to the output of the explosive circuit, a full-wave rectifier, a test mode switch, sources of reference voltages for operation, non-operation and duration, comparators of operation, non-operation and duration, a duration-voltage converter and a light and sound indicator. The terminals of the load resistance are connected to a full-wave rectifier, the output of which is connected through the test mode switch either to the non-inverting input of the operation comparator, or to the non-inverting input of the non-operation comparator. The inverting inputs of the operate and non-operate comparators, respectively, are connected to the operate reference voltage source and to the non-operate reference voltage source. The output of the operation comparator is connected to the "duration-voltage" converter, to the output of which the non-inverting input of the duration comparator is connected, and its inverting input is connected to the source of the duration reference voltage. The outputs of the non-operation comparators and the duration comparator are connected to the light and sound indicator.
EFFECT: increasing the safety and reliability of explosive circuits.
