FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the manufacture of road and airfield slabs, and can also be used in the construction and reconstruction of the roadway of bridges. The multi-layer road slab contains a cement-concrete layer with a polymer composite mesh and a lower layer of polymer composite material in the form of a prefabricated slab. Fastening of the prefabricated slab made of polymer composite material with a cement-concrete layer is made using anchor outlets in the form of self-tapping screws screwed into the surface of the precast plate, while part of the thread of the self-tapping screws and their caps are located in the cement-concrete layer. The length of the self-tapping outlets corresponds to the height of the mesh in the cement-concrete layer. The mesh is fixed in a taut state with self-tapping caps, the installation of which is set according to the location of the mesh holes. The cement-concrete layer can contain two polymer composite meshes, one above the other. The lower polymer composite mesh is an additional auxiliary one, fixed on the caps of additional self-tapping screws, the release of which corresponds to the height of the auxiliary polymer composite mesh in the cement-concrete layer. The secondary polymer composite mesh is half the length of the primary mesh and has a 1:5 hole size with the upper mesh.
EFFECT: improvement of operational properties by increasing crack resistance, especially when exposed to dynamic, alternating loads, as well as reducing its material consumption and reducing the mass of the road slab.
