FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacturing of road, airfield plates. The road slab made in the form of a prefabricated slab comprises the upper and lower layers of polymer composite slabs and a cement concrete layer. Anchor releases are in the form of self-tapping screws from the lower and upper plates, with caps immersed in the cement concrete layer. Inside the latter, a polymer composite mesh is laid. The cement-concrete layer additionally comprises polymer-composite strips with hollow protrusions in the form of stiffening ribs arranged in rows along the length of the slab fixed on the inner surface of the lower and upper polymer-composite slabs towards each other. The polymer composite mesh is laid and fixed on the tops of the hollow protrusions of the polymer composite strips of the lower polymer composite plate. Polymer-composite strips fixed on the upper plate can be made at least one-top, and polymer-composite strips fixed on the bottom plate can be made at least two-top, whereas the top of the hollow protrusion of the single-top strip is located above the gaps between the tops of the two-top strips.
EFFECT: increase in the operational reliability of the road slab.
