FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of road and airfield plates, as well as in the construction and reconstruction of the carriageway of bridges. The road slab made in the form of a prefabricated slab comprises a cement-concrete layer with top and bottom layers of polymer composite slabs. A prefabricated slab of polymer composite slabs with a cement concrete layer is attached using anchor outlets in the form of anchors – self-tapping screws with caps from the lower and upper surfaces of the prefabricated slab immersed in the body of the cement concrete layer. The cement-concrete layer is made lightweight with rows along the length of the slab of through vertical holes and continuous gaps formed in plan along the length of the slab between the holes in the form of stiffeners reinforced with a polymer composite geogrid taking into account the distribution of holes in the slab. The vertical holes may be made in the form of discrete slots along the length of the plate.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of the road slab, which will lead to an increase in the stability of the roadway made of the developed road slabs, and a decrease in material consumption.
