SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to container (10) with a pallet for storing and transporting, in particular, harmful liquid or fluid loaded materials, containing thin-walled rigid inner tank (12) made of thermoplastic plastic, tubular lattice frame (14) of horizontal and vertical tubular rods (18, 20) welded together, tightly surrounding inner plastic tank (12) as a protective shell, and lower pallet (16), on which plastic inner tank (12) lies, and with which tubular lattice frame (14) is fixed, while lower pallet (16) is made in a composite way or in the form of a frame pallet with angular (22) and middle legs (24) made of plastic, steel or wood and with base steel pipe (26) passing under them in a circumferential direction, while for stacking the same type of containers (10) with a pallet on top of each other, on a bottom side along outer edges of all four sidewalls of lower pallet (16), recess (32) is provided in angular (22) and middle legs (24), which is made so that, when stacking two containers (10) with a pallet on top of each other in a coordinated manner, the uppermost circumferential horizontal tubular rod (18) of tubular lattice frame (14) of container (10) with a pallet, lower in the stack, enters recess (32) with an accurate fit with geometric closure, while, for reliable transportation of two filled containers (10) with a pallet stacked on top of each other, using a forklift, recess (32) is made deeper, namely up to two times deeper (respectively, higher) in the vertical direction than in the horizontal, respectively, radial direction. Recess (32) is made deeper, or, respectively, higher in the vertical direction than in the horizontal or, respectively, radial direction, wherein the recess, on the lower outer edge of angular and middle legs in the horizontal or, respectively, radial direction and in the vertical direction, has a predetermined depth, so that a depth of immersion of more than 15.5 mm is achieved.

EFFECT: creation of a container with a pallet (IBC), the total height of which remains the same compared to a standard container with a pallet, which, however, when double stacking, can be loaded through the rear door of ISO container using a forklift.
