SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tyre industry. The first frame coil brake is configured to apply a braking torque to the first shaft of the first frame coil. The first frame coil brake comprises a belt provided with a first end, a second end and a belt body extending in the longitudinal direction between the first end and the second end. The belt additionally comprises a hole in the belt body. The belt body and the hole are made narrowing from the first end to the second end. The belt is configured to be wound around the first shaft of the first frame coil for at least one and a half turns, wherein the second end is configured to be inserted through the hole with each turn. The belt comprises a first outer edge and a second outer edge, converging from the first end to the second end, on opposite sides of the belt body.
