SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for tight closing of an elongated element. A device contains cuff (111), tubular core (112) for holding the cuff in a state of expansion, sliding film (113) located between mentioned cuff (111) and mentioned core (112), extender (150) of sliding film mechanically connected to mentioned sliding film (113); in this case, device (110) additionally contains mount (170) having covered lockable body (172-174), while mentioned core (112) has covering lockable body (156-158), while the mentioned covering body and the mentioned covered body are in a predetermined relative locking position, in which the covered body is locked on core (112) with extender (150) of film, which is fixed to core (112) due to pinching between the covered body and the covering body.
EFFECT: invention provides for the development of a device that is extremely simple and convenient both in manufacture and in use.
