SUBSTANCE: drink making and filling machine is comprised mainly of a cylindrical section with top and bottom ends. Appropriate sealing diaphragms and bottom are fixed to the ends. The bottom has filter openings and is recessed against the bottom end to make a cavity between the appropriate sealing diaphragm and the bottom underside. The cavity is filled with drink. Drink flows through the openings and goes for filling. The machine has functional unit comprised of so called active section. The active section is fixed to the machine's load-bearing part and to so called passive section. The passive section is connected to the active section and has an open-bottom container, which holds a capsule in its position. The active section is comprised of: basement, drink maker, puncher, pressure feeder for hot water and steam supply into the capsule, punching tool. Punchers move from their initial position along the common vertical axis of the drink maker and capsule to their working position, where they form a neck in the capsule by rupturing the bottom diaphragm.

EFFECT: relatively low cost of the invention.
