SUBSTANCE: invention relates to impregnating compounds used in construction as corrosion protection agents. A multifunctional composition based on thermoplastic waste of a fuel and energy complex of increased durability is proposed, containing technical sulfur and organic solvent in a mass ratio of 1:2, kaolin in an amount of 8 to 10% of the mass of technical sulfur and a chemical additive of an amine-based hardener in an amount of 0.01% of the mass of organic solvent, while technical sulfur has a density of at least 1.3 g/cm3 with a mass fraction of sulfur from 99.1 to 99.8% in its chemical composition, the mass fraction of iron oxide in the chemical composition of kaolin is from 1 to 1.8%, the hardener is an amine aqueous solution with an active substance weight of 90% and a water content of 8 to 10%, and the organic solvent is ethylene glycol. A method for preparing a multifunctional composition is also proposed.

EFFECT: increase in the durability of concrete and reinforced concrete products, an increase in corrosion resistance, a reduction in coating consumption while maintaining a high degree of protection against corrosion, electromagnetic and ionizing radiation.
