SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a mould for manufacturing footwear by means of direct pressure casting of a sole containing a lower layer and an intermediate layer on the top of the footwear, wherein the intermediate layer consists of a first layer and a second layer. The mould comprises a base, a pair of first semi-rings, a cover, a pair of second semi-rings and a mould plate. The first semi-rings are configured to be located close to each other so as to adjoin the base and the cover, in order to form a first mould cavity for moulding the first layer of the intermediate layer. While the first semi-rings adjoin the base, the second semi-rings are configured to be located close to each other so as to be located on the first semi-rings and adjoin the top of the footwear installed on the mould plate, in order to form a second mould cavity for moulding the second layer of the intermediate layer. According to the invention, the first semi-rings comprise guiding means, so as to be capable of moving from each other and to each other and rotating around the axis of rotation. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing footwear by direct pressure casting on the top of the footwear, implementable by means of the mould according to the invention.
EFFECT: creation of a method for manufacturing footwear with multilayer soles by means of direct pressure casting on the top of the footwear, ensuring manufacture of footwear without sole defects.
