FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to footwear with ventilation system or a system of removal of exhalation, produced by a process of direct injection of materials of sole over the top. The subject of footwear is revealed, comprising: an insole attached to the top and containing an opening in the heel and a lot of holes in the sole area. The ventilation system comprises: a pump located in the opening of the insole, a membrane attached to the lower surface of the insole under the holes, a connecting tube connecting the pump chamber with the spaces of the membrane, and an exhaust pipe connecting the pump chamber to the outside space for air release. The sole obtained by the direct injection of expanding material into the mould, covers the system of ventilation, the insole and the lower part of the top. Also the mould is revealed for implementation of the said direct injection.
EFFECT: creation of footwear with the system of ventilation or removal of exhalation produced using the method of direct injection of material of the sole over the top of footwear.
