FIELD: environment protection.

SUBSTANCE: device for storing and fermenting liquid manure includes a pipeline, filler necks with lids and breathing valves in plastic containers placed on a hard-coated site. Each container is installed in a metal binding with hooks that ensure their rapid rotation and the safety of rigging and transport work. Inside each container there is a float-type level sensor mounted in the lid with sealed contacts, a pipe for filling and emptying the container with an ejector at the end and a compressed air supply hose to the ejector. On the outside of the lid, the pipe and sleeve are connected through electromagnetic flow cut-off valves, respectively, from the liquid manure pipeline and the compressed air supply hose from the compressor. The device for the disposal of liquid manure prepared for application to the soil includes a tractor trailer with working bodies for surface or subsurface application, a compressor driven by a tractor PTO shaft, a set of pipes for supplying liquid manure to working bodies, a compressed air supply hose from the compressor. The mentioned plastic containers are installed on the tractor trailer by appropriate mechanisms by means of hooks. The invention also concerns a method for the disposal of liquid manure, which includes its blending and transportation by pipeline from the livestock complex to the storage site and fermentation in containers first by anaerobic and then by aerobic method, followed by surface or intra-soil application of prepared manure.

EFFECT: ensuring environmental safety during pumping, reloading, storage, transportation and introduction of manure into the soil, as well as the absence of unpleasant odors.
