SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, namely to the processing and disposal of liquid manure. The method consists in the fact that the conveyor system for removing manure at a livestock farm supplies manure to a separator installed in the body of a tractor trailer. Mechanical separation of manure into solid and liquid fractions is carried out with the distribution of the solid fraction in pairs of soft containers made of airtight film, and the liquid fraction in rigid type Eurocube IBC containers. Before packing, soft containers are pre-installed in transport bags of the “Big-Bag” type, equipped with slings in the upper and lower parts. Transport bags with soft containers and hard containers are placed in the body of a tractor trailer in identical metal crates on pallets. The filled containers are sealed and transported to the composting site with distribution separately for tiered storage on pallets. To relieve the excess pressure of gases that occur during the anaerobic biochemical process of decomposition of fractions, soft and hard containers are equipped with valves connected to each other and to the gas tank by flexible sleeves. The device for implementing the method includes a separator located in a tractor trailer above soft and hard containers installed in pairs in metal crates on pallets, driven by a tractor PTO shaft for mechanical separation of manure into liquid and solid fractions, equipped with a loading funnel for receiving manure, an unloading window with a rotating slide for the solid fraction and a branch pipe with flexible sleeves for draining the liquid fraction.

EFFECT: technical result is ensuring environmental safety when loading, transporting, storing and keeping liquid manure.
