FIELD: agriculture; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of environmental protection, namely to disposal of technogenic soils of III-V hazard classes and by-products of animal husbandry, organic wastes, to obtain soil with signs of natural black soil for further use in landscape, construction and agricultural sector. Method is carried out using a complex which is an equipped production site on a land plot, consisting of production complexes and plots. Method includes stages of technical, biological and accelerated fermentation recycling of wastes with their combined homogeneous mixing according to formulations, with introduction of artificially grown microbiological complexes into the batch under control of the automated process control system APCS with a mathematical model for calculating formulations of mixtures for recycling wastes, using field level devices, an automated system for monitoring and accounting for energy resources, a SCADA system for dispatching and visualizing the process, input radiation and weight, chemical and microbiological control, determination of content of antibiotics and oil products, preparation of initial raw material by screening and sieving, magnetic separation and classification, crushing and grinding, storage, dosing of the formulation into the batch, where the content of technogenic soils is 60–90%, and the remaining part is composed of organic raw materials, substrates, additives and microbiological complexes providing accelerated fermentation and disinfection. Batch is laid out on the fermentation field in the form of long piles with a cross-section in the form of a triangle with sides of 1.5 m to ensure the balance of the introduced aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, thermophilic and mesophilic processes, bioremediation of oil products and suppression of pathogens, formation of humus and microflora of chernozem, performing periodic mechanized turning of piles, moistening, checking output quality, making a decision on reducing the hazard class, shipment, return of substandard products into raw materials for recycling.
EFFECT: improved environmental situation, recycling of wastes, reduced time and costs for recycling, restoration of areas of disturbed fertile soils, creation of industrial production and reduced output of substandard products.
