SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to additives for building compositions containing inorganic binders, to methods for producing and using the specified additives. An additive composition contains components (a) and (b), wherein a ratio of the weight of the component (a) to the weight of the component (b) is in the range from 3:1 to 1:10. The component (a) is at least one product of ketone and formaldehyde condensation that includes at least one acid group selected from phosphonogroup, sulfite group, sulfinogroup, sulfogroup, sulfamide group, sulfoxygroup, sulfalkyloxygroup, sulfinoalkyloxygroup and phosphonooxygroup, where ketone is selected from ketones of the formula R1-CO-R2, in which R1 and R2, together, are C3-C6 alkylene radical that can contain one or more substituents selected from an amino group, hydroxyl group of C1-C4 alkoxyl group or C1-C4 alkoxycarbonyl group. The component (b) is at least one anion or non-ion surfactant and at least one thickener, where the thickener is selected from polysaccharide and (co)polymer derivatives that have average-weight molecular weight Mw of more than 500,000 g/mol.
