FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device designed for use in up to 1000-V general-purpose solidly-grounded neutral mains for phase-by-phase regulation of supply mains balancing (each phase of supply mains) and reactive power correction has first and second three-phase switches, second switch incorporating provision for independent phase-by-phase control; three three-phase banks of capacitors, capacitors of each bank being connected in delta with three external terminals of which third one is connected to supply mains phase leads; additional three-phase switch, and three normally closed single-pole switches. First external terminals of three-phase banks of capacitors are interconnected directly and second ones, through normally closed single-pole switches, into three common points which are connected to contact inputs of first and additional three-phase switches; the latter are interlocked against simultaneous closure and can be connected through contacts of first three-phase switch to phase leads of supply mains and through relatively shorted out contacts of additional three-phase switch at its output, to neutral wire of supply mains. EFFECT: improved characteristics and reduced power loss. 1 cl, 10 dwg
