FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic machines and can be used in the creation of high-performance compact pumps of low and medium pressure. The volumetric rotary machine contains a rotor 1 with a tooth 2 rigidly connected to the drive shaft 3 and placed in a cylinder 4 with a suction window 5 and a discharge valve 6, end caps 8 and 13, a plate 12, together with the cylindrical surface of the rotor 1 separating the valve 6 from the window 5, a device for the passage of the tooth 2 in the area of the window 5 and the valve 6. The device for the passage of the tooth 2 is made in the form of a guide tooth 2 along the radius of the rotor 1 of the shaped groove 7 in the lid 8. The shape of the groove 7 is made in such a way that when the tooth 2 approaches the valve 6, the groove 7 deviates from the shape of the circle and smoothly passes into a straight line parallel to the plane of the plate 12, and after the passage by the tooth 2 of zones between the valve 6 and the window 5, the groove 7 smoothly passes from a straight line into a circle. The tooth 2 is made with the possibility of radial movement in the groove 9 of the rotor 1 and is equipped with a protrusion that engages with the outer surface of the groove 7.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing material consumption and dimensions of the machine, reducing the manufacturing costs.
