FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to positive displacement units and can be used in fan building, compressor building and pump building. Cam single-blade supercharger comprises cylindrical stator 1 with shaped groove 2 and end covers, rotor 7 arranged in cylindrical stator 1 and fitted on drive shaft 6 coaxial with stator 1, spring-loaded curved blade 9, hingedly fixed in shaped groove 2, suction and discharge channels 15 and 13, check valve 14. Rotor 7 is made in the form of cam with closed surface of variable curvature. Blade 9 features variable radius of curvature increasing towards its hinge attachment. Needle roller 11 is installed on the edge of blade 9 with possibility of rotation around its axis and constant contact with the surface of rotor 7. Channel 13 is connected to groove 2 and check valve 14 is arranged in it.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design and increasing the operating efficiency of the supercharger.
