FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydraulic machines and can be used in the creation of high-performance compact rotary pumps of low and medium pressure. The straight-toothed pump consists of a rotor (1) with a tooth (2), a drive shaft (3), a cylinder (4) with end caps (5) and (6). The cylinder (4) is equipped with a suction window (8) and a discharge valve (9), a locking pin (10), preloaded by a spring (11), a stop (12) in the form of a step on the circumference (7) of the cylinder (4). The pin (10) is located tangentially to the circumference (7) of the cylinder (4). When the rotor (1) rotates, the lateral surface of the tooth (2) has the ability to contact the end surface of the pin (10).
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the mass and dimensions of the pump.
