FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building, in particular, to determining the bearing capacity of piles in permafrost soils. The method for separate determination of the bearing capacity of a pile in permafrost soils at different temperatures consists in the fact that a stepwise increasing pressing load is applied to a pile located in permafrost soils at a constant value of negative temperature of the soil through an elastic element, after applying each step, testing is conducted in creep and relaxation mode until the load is stabilised, then, upon reaching the maximum values of stabilised loads, the absolute value of the negative temperature of the soil is reduced stepwise, recording the stabilised value of the relaxing load at each value of the temperature, and based on the values of the stabilised load, the resistance of the pile at different temperatures of the soil mass around the pile is estimated. The relaxing load at different temperatures is applied separately: the pulling load is applied to the side surface of the pile, and the compressing load is applied to the lower end thereof by means of a standard thermally cooling pile consisting of an outer pipe and an inner pipe, wherein the outer pipe is in contact with the soil along the side surface, the inner pipe is in contact with the soil by the solid base thereof equal to the diameter of the well, the inner cavity of the pipe is filled with antifreeze. The pressing load is applied to the inner pipe, the pulling load is applied to the outer pipe, wherein the loads are applied simultaneously. The temperature of the mass is changed by changing the temperature of the antifreeze circulating in the pipe by means of a heating-cooling vessel connected with the cavity of the pipe by hoses.

EFFECT: increase in the information content of testing, reduction in the time, cost thereof, and increase in the accuracy.
