FIELD: heat engineering structures.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building heat engineering structures erected in permafrost conditions. The cooled pile base contains piles, a refrigerating machine, collectors. Additionally, a frame is installed on the piles, on which the base is fixed, the air-cooling apparatus is installed above the refrigeration machine. A coil is installed inside each pile, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the heated coolant pipeline, and its outlet is connected to the inlet of the heated coolant collector, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet pipe of the cooling circuit pump, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet tee, the first outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the first valve of the line of internal cooling of the heat carrier, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the line of internal cooling of the heat carrier installed in the evaporator of the refrigerating machine. The output of the internal coolant cooling line is connected to the input of the second valve of the coolant internal cooling line, the output of which is connected to the first input of the output tee. The second outlet of the inlet tee is connected to the inlet of the first valve of the external cooling line of the coolant, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the upper outlet tee, the first outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the first valve of the external cooling circuit of the refrigerating machine units, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the external cooling line of the refrigerating machine units, the output of which is connected to the input of the second valve of the external cooling circuit of the units of the refrigerating machine, the output of which is connected to the first input of the upper inlet tee. The second outlet of the upper outlet tee is connected to the inlet pipe of the air cooler, the outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of the upper inlet tee, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the second valve of the external coolant cooling line, the outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of the outlet tee, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet coolant collector, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the cooled coolant pipeline, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the coil.

EFFECT: improving the energy efficiency of year-round freezing of the soil around the piles.
