FIELD: cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of the internal surfaces of process equipment in the operating mode. The method includes sampling the contaminants from the working surface of the process equipment. Depending on the qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis of the obtained sample, the component composition of the cleaning solution is then selected. The cleaning solution is mixed and heated to a temperature of 25°C above the gas flow temperature. A solution supply unit including at least one nozzle is placed on the inlet branch pipe of the cleaned process equipment, and finely dispersed spraying of the prepared cleaner solution is executed in the gas flow in the operating mode without stopping the cleaned process equipment, forming a gas-liquid mixture and preventing the formation of a dripping liquid, adjusting the flow and pressure characteristics. The operating parameters of the cleaned equipment are analysed, and the cleaning cycle is repeated, if necessary.
