FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet gas purification from suspended particles and gas impurities and can be used in dust and gas purification systems and for heat and mass exchange between gas and liquid in various industries. Gas purification device comprises Venturi scrubbers of the first and second stages, each of which comprises a pump for circulating the absorption liquid, Venturi pipe connected to a cylinder-conical settling tank equipped with an inlet for introduction of a gas-liquid mixture, a supply and overflow pipe, ensuring a continuous withdrawal of discharge liquid and a supply of fresh absorption liquid in the direction from the second stage to the first one, and with the slurry nozzle in the conical part. Settling tank of the Venturi scrubber of the first stage is equipped with an exhaust gas outlet connected to the Venturi pipe of the Venturi scrubber of the second stage. Venturi scrubber of the second stage is equipped with two tiers of irrigation in the Venturi pipe, a separator including a liquid atomizer, a drop catcher, a drop separator, a branch pipe for the outlet of the purified gas, and a drainage branch for withdrawing the captured absorption liquid associated with the settling tank. Drop separator is located in the lower part and is made in the form of a centrifugal conical swirler. Venturi pipe is provided with a wash pipe for washing from the salt deposits, and in the Venturi scrubber of the second stage, the Venturi pipe and the separator are arranged in parallel relative to each other and are mounted on a settling tank to form U-shaped flow of the gas-liquid mixture. Upper irrigation tier consists of a nozzle, confuser, throat and diffuser, and the lower irrigation tier consists of a collector with reflective plates, throat and diffuser. Irrigation on the upper tier is carried out in confusor, and irrigation on the lower tier – in the neck. Nozzles and liquid atomizer are in the form of centrifugal-jet devices, and the drop catcher is made in the form of a mesh surface located in the upper part between the liquid atomizer and the drop separator. Efficiency of the process of gas purification from dust particles and absorption of micron and submicron impurities is increased to 99.8 %.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the gas purifying process.
