FIELD: superconductor synchronous machines for cryogenic power engineering and aerospace engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine using three-dimensional high-temperature superconductors depending for their operation on frozen-in magnetic flux has stator with laminated core carrying multiphase and multipole winding; cylindrical rotor in the form of salient-pole ferromagnetic core with field coils on its poles. Coil is wound of bare short-circuited turns of high-temperature superconductor material forming monolithic structure. Short-circuited turns may be made in the from of flat frames of high- temperature plate-type multilayer composite superconductor based on bismuth ceramics in silver matrix(Bi- Ag) or high-temperature three-dimensional superconductor based on poling yttrium ceramics (YBCO). In addition, short-circuited turns may be made of high-temperature composite round- or rectangular-section superconductor wires based on strip-type bismuth or yttrium ceramics.
