FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: motor-generator for kinetic energy accumulator contains symmetrically located steel sectors (1) connected by external annular magnetic conductor (2), which together form rotor (3). In the central part of the rotor there are two fixed superconducting concentric excitation coils (4) and (5) forming the excitation unit. In the interval between concentric excitation coils (4) and (5) there are at least one fixed superconducting stator windings (6) arranged in a circle and forming one or multiphase system. Concentric excitation coils (4) and (5) and stator windings (6) are installed in cryostat (7). After cooling with liquid nitrogen in cryostat (7) of concentric excitation coils (4), (5) and stator windings (6) current in concentric excitation coils (4) and (5) is switched on. Main portion of the magnetic flux generated by the concentric excitation coils (4) and (5) is closed through rotor (3) and passes between the concentric excitation coils (4) and (5) through stator windings (6) in the zone of steel sectors (1).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of operational and specific characteristics of motor-generator, which improves its mass and dimensions and efficiency.
