FIELD: electrochemical machining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of dimensional electrochemical machining (ECM) and can be used for ECM of both large-sized and small-sized complex-profile parts. The vibrator comprises a body with a ram located therein on supports, carrying an electrode tool, an elbow mechanism hingedly connected by one elbow with the body and the other elbow with the ram, and a drive engine for creating reciprocating movements of the electrode tool, wherein the shaft of the drive engine is connected with the elbows of the elbow mechanism via an eccentric providing uniform pendulum oscillations thereof in both directions relative to the axis of the ram. The vibrator is therein equipped with an electronic circular sensor installed on the shaft of the drive engine in order to ensure activation and deactivation of the process current at preset points of movement of the electrode tool, and the eccentric unit is made in the form of a crank-connecting rod mechanism, the connecting rod whereof is hingedly connected with said elbows and with the crank configured to create a controlled eccentricity and a controlled amplitude of the reciprocating movement of the electrode tool, respectively, wherein the drive engine is configured to infinitely variably control the number of revolution providing infinite variable control of the frequency of reciprocating movement of the electrode tool.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides a possibility to expand the technological capabilities and ensure quick reconfiguration of the vibrator.
