FIELD: electrochemical processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical processing of complex-shaped surfaces at ultra-small interelectrode spaces (IES). The method includes shaping the shaped surfaces of the part by continuous pulse-cyclic electrochemical processing with an oscillating electrode-tool during its working supply in the direction of the part with a control measurement of the IES, during which, when the electrode-tool reaches the specified minimum IES, the process current is stopped, while further supply is continued de-energized tool electrode towards the workpiece. The control measurement of the IES is carried out in each working cycle. In case of touching the part with a de-energized electrode-tool during the control measurement of the IES, the working feed is slowed down or stopped without interrupting the pulse-cyclic process of electrochemical processing and the working feed is resumed after the formation of a free IES between the electrode-tool and the part, excluding their touching. At the moment of resumption of the working feed, the relative speed of approaching the electrodes is provided, which is equal to the difference between the speed of the working feed and the rate of dissolution of the material of the part and less than the rate of dissolution of the material of the part.
EFFECT: invention provides electrochemical processing of a high-precision part, smooth convergence of the electrodes and practically eliminates short circuits of the electrodes.
