SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sealing device used between a rotor part and a stator part and containing at least one abrade coating (46) interacting with at least two, upstream and downstream, labyrinth sealing edges. In the axial direction, upstream of labyrinth sealing edges, the sealing device contains circumferential wall (54) extending in the radial direction beyond upstream free axial sealing surface (48a) of coating (46) to create separation of circulating gas at the free end of the upstream grinding edge.
EFFECT: significant improvement of sealing is obtained.
