SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a method for evaluating the functional ability of fibrous sheets, which are non-woven materials, to cause a feeling of comfort, by which it is evaluated whether the sheet has the ability to cause a feeling of comfort as a result of touching the sheet or not, while the method includes the following steps (A), (C) and (D): (A) putting the test sheet, which is the object of evaluation, in contact with the skin or hair of an animal and the use of tactile stimulation for the animal; (C) determination of the amount of oxytocin in a biological sample taken from an animal after the application of tactile stimulation; and (D) comparison of the measured amount of oxytocin with the amount of oxytocin in a biological sample taken from an animal provided there is no effect of tactile stimulation, while the method additionally includes a step at which it is determined that the leaf has the ability to cause a feeling of comfort if the measured amount of oxytocin is greater than the amount of oxytocin provided there is no effect of tactile stimulation. The group of inventions also concerns a method for developing a diaper; a method for making a diaper.
