FIELD: sensor technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to manufacture a device for measuring the deformation of solids. A method for manufacturing a flexible deformation sensor involves applying a dispersion layer of an electrically conductive filler 3 to the surface of a film made of a rigid-elastic amorphous-crystalline thermoplastic polymer 1. Before applying the dispersion, the film 1 is stretched longitudinally and a layer of liquid glue is applied 2. The dispersion layer of an electrically conductive filler 3 is applied to the film 1 in a stress-strain state. Then an elastic reduction of the composite film is made, the layers of the electrically conductive filler 3 are combined and the film is connected to the electrodes 4.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the manufacturing technology of the deformation sensor and increases its extensibility range.
