SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A method for treating winter rape seeds has been proposed, according to which the seeds are treated with the preparation Fitosporin-M, which is a live cells and spores of the endophytic bacterium Bacillus subtius, containing 1×10⁹ live cells and spores per 1 ml, while the treatment is carried out with an aqueous solution of the preparation Fitosporin-M at a dose of 1.5 g of the drug per 1 kg of seeds. The treated seeds are treated with a gradient magnetic field by passing seeds from top to bottom through an installation made in the form of a vertical column-pipe 1 m long. The time of passage of seeds through a column-pipe, consisting of two membranes with magnetic plates fixed on them, is 0.1 s, the speed of movement of the seeds is constant and the seeds flow by gravity towards the pit-container.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the cost of the method, an increase in its efficiency and environmental safety, as well as an increase in its efficiency.
