SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. A method for pre-sowing treatment of crop seeds is proposed, according to which spring barley used for sowing is treated with physiologically active preparations Gumi, or Fitosporin, or Albit, or Dividend Star. The treated seeds are then treated with a magnetic field by passing the seeds from top to bottom through a loading funnel fixed from above to a vertical rectangular installation consisting of two side walls in the form of membranes with magnetic plates fixed to them with equal intervals between them. The time of movement of seeds with an exposure of 2 s. The speed of movement of the seeds is constant and the seeds flow by gravity towards the receiving tank and are treated with a magnetic field with a power of 50±10 Oe.

EFFECT: invention provides better seed germination and plant growth at the initial stage of their development.
