FIELD: electrothermia.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrothermia, namely to mobile electrothermal complexes, in particular to mobile induction installations, and is intended for heating the studs during the installation or dismantling of cylinder covers of steam and gas turbines at thermal power plants, state district power plants, nuclear power plants, hydroelectric power plants, as well as for the installation or dismantling of pumps and compressors using similar fasteners. The installation contains convenient means of transportation and transfer, an autonomous cooling system, a high-frequency generator and inductors for induction heating of the studs. The installation is supplemented with inductors with a flexible non-heating part, LED heating indicator with a flexible translucent tape or segment plastic coating, as well as a computer built into the control system of the high-frequency generator, containing databases of heating parameters for studs and computer models for calculating heating parameters and controlling heating of studs.

EFFECT: installation allows increasing the productivity of the installation by increasing the efficiency of induction heating of the studs.
