SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dairy industry. The method for producing curds includes the preparation of a mixture containing a milk base and a vegetable filler, followed by heat treatment, conditioning, packaging and cooling of the finished product, while additionally introducing grape seed oil and pieces of dried ziziphus at a certain ratio of the initial components.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a product with high nutritional value, high organoleptic characteristics, antioxidant, hypotensive and preventive properties.
