SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to dairy industry. Cottage cheese contains 5 % fat curds, fructose-based candied sunberry and fructose syrup, with the following content of initial ingredients, weight %: farmer cottage cheese (5 % fat content) 79.5–79.8; fructose-based candied sunberry 14.5–15.0; fructose syrup 5.2–6.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to extend the shelf life of the product to three days and preserve its useful properties, as well as to obtain a product with high organoleptic properties, nutrition value and bioavailability.
