SUBSTANCE: invention relates to containers for storage and transportation of liquids or liquefied gases and can be used in rail, road and water transport. A tank container containing a cylindrical boiler with bottoms, having two end frames through which the longitudinal axis of the boiler passes, in which the entire boiler shell or its essential part is made in the form of a bellows, and the frames are directly connected to each other by elements providing an elastically reversible interposition of the frames relative to each other.

EFFECT: reducing the weight and material consumption of the tank container, increasing its reliability under conditions of strong inertial loads during transportation or stresses arising during loading and unloading activities.
