FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of space engineering and can be used in the manufacture of flexible, flat, flexible-flat electric heaters (EH), maintaining in a working condition electronic equipment and units of the spacecraft (SC) when exposed to low temperatures in outer space. In a flexible-flat EH, containing a resistive element located between two sheets of electrical insulating material and equipped with current-supplying wires, an additional layer of optical material is applied to the side of the EH directed to the heated object (on an additional EH sheet), which has an increased emissivity factor, which enhances the radiation (infrared) EH radiation in the direction of the lower hemisphere.
EFFECT: creation of EH with increased efficiency for conditions of regular operation as part of a spacecraft of unpressurized design.
