FIELD: astronautics; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and can be used in production of flexible, flat and flexible flat electric heaters of spacecrafts. It is achieved by the fact that an additional layer of non-transparent material for infrared radiation and having a low coefficient of blackness, which reflects thermal (infrared) radiation of EN, directed to the upper hemisphere, is installed in the design of the EN as a covering layer and directs infrared radiation into the lower hemisphere. Reflecting layer can be aluminium foil or/and polymer materials, films, glass fabric with a blackness factor of less than 0.6.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of EN with increased efficiency for normal operation conditions in SC of unsealed design (in conditions of open space, in vacuum).
