FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature electric heating devices, namely to resistive heating devices, which can be used for heating of domestic, industrial and public premises, as well as for protection of these premises against intake of cold air flows. Heating element comprises substrate, located on it heating layer in form of topological pattern of resistive paste and current-conducting buses located on substrate edges, heating layer is made based on mixture of fine powders of graphite, technical carbon and mixture of metal powders in polymer binder, as metal powders fine and ultrafine, mainly Ni3B, Ni, Cr, Al in ratio of 60–80 wt. % of polymer binder and 20–40 wt. % mixture of metal powders.
EFFECT: technical effect is increased reliability, efficiency and increased range of application of heating element.
