FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining - percussion machines, used for breaking monoliths, for destroying outdated foundations during the reconstruction of buildings and driving piles, as well as in seismic exploration as a source of excitation of seismic waves at shallow depths. The machine contains a body and a striker placed in it, forming the lower and upper chambers, a vacuum compressor connected to the upper chamber, a working tool, while the lower chamber is connected to the atmosphere, a gravitational switch and an inertial-friction valve located in the upper part of the body and containing spring loaded spool with friction sleeve-seat. The spool is connected to the switching element of the inertial-friction valve connected to the gravitational switch, installed with the possibility of periodic interaction with the striker through the said element, which is made in the form of a rod. The gravity switch is installed in its upper part with the ability to move along it. The upper chamber is equipped with a recuperator of the striker backstroke energy installed on the switching element of the inertial-friction valve.
EFFECT: invention provides recuperation of the energy of the striker backstroke, reduction of weight and overall parameters, expansion of the field of application.
